Estimate the official metered fare for a CNG auto-rickshaw trip in Dhaka.

Based on the official BRTA-set meter rate for Dhaka (৳40 for first 2km, ৳12/km after, ৳2/min waiting). In practice, most drivers negotiate a fixed price rather than using the meter, so actual fares are often higher — use this as a fair-price reference point, not a guarantee.
